The volume knob is a pignose design and operates with a push pull motion to turn the speaker on or off, and the volume is smooth. Even though it's small, it has 22 frets, all chrome hardware and an original mini humbucking pickup which is mounted by the bridge. This guitar can be plugged in to an amp as well as having its own speaker. there is also a 1/4 inch jack input for headphones. The power for the speaker is provided by a 9 volt battery, fitted in to the back of the guitar, as shown in the picture of the back of the guitar. This item comes with its own soft gig back for easy travel.
