Fender is, needless to say, the number one brand of electric guitars and basses.

It is beloved by countless top artists, including Eric Clapton, John Mayer, and Cory Wong.

The Stratocaster, released by Fender in 1954, debuted as a derivative of the Telecaster—the original solid-body guitar.

Thanks to its innovative design and high versatility, it has been cherished by countless artists and has enriched the music scene across various genres from its debut to the present day.

It can truly be called the quintessential electric guitar.

This model is crafted by the Custom Shop.

The Custom Shop is a special manufacturing division created to handle custom orders.

To meet the demands of professional artists and guitar dealers, it produces exceptional guitars using advanced craftsmanship.

Its exceptional quality is highly regarded by artists around the world.

This model is the signature model of Eric Clapton, one of the world’s three greatest guitarists.

It was created to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Eric Clapton Stratocaster, Fender’s first artist model.

The body is crafted from carefully selected alder, and the neck features a one-piece straight-grained maple.

The combination of a black nitrocellulose lacquer finish and the “Journeyman Relic” treatment gives it a distinguished look, as if it had been played for many years.

The neck shape is a soft V, with a 9.5-inch radius fingerboard and 22 frets.

While it has a traditional appearance, the design elements affecting playability are modern.

The neck’s grain is exceptionally beautiful, making it immediately clear that high-quality wood has been used.

It features Fender Vintage Noiseless pickups.

While delivering the sparkling sound characteristic of single-coil pickups, these pickups are notably low-noise.

Additionally, it is equipped with the TBX Tone Control and Active Mid Boost—features that are hallmarks of Eric Clapton’s Stratocasters.

This allows for a wide range of tones, from a fat sound that rivals that of a humbucker to the bright, classic Fender sound.

Combining a black finish reminiscent of “Blackie”—the guitar Eric Clapton has cherished for many years—with the Custom Shop’s meticulously selected woods, Relic finish, and highly practical modern specifications, this is a truly exceptional instrument.

The sense of exclusivity that comes with being a Limited Edition model, crafted to mark the 30th anniversary, is another major draw.

We highly recommend this guitar not only to those seeking an Eric Clapton Stratocaster but also to anyone who wants to enjoy the unique specifications of the Custom Shop and the character of the Journeyman Relic finish.
