AJH Synth Sonic XV, immaculate and boxed with the original ribbon cable and screws. Selling because I'm consolidating the rack.
A four pole diode ladder filter using the circuitry and sound of the Musonics Sonic V, Eugene Zumchak's diode ladder design from the early 1970s, which originally got around the transistor ladder patents. It sounds distinctly different from a transistor ladder.
Features:
24dB low pass, 6dB low pass and bandpass outputs
Voltage controlled resonance
Input wavefolder with manual or voltage controlled drive level, plus bias switch options
Separate resonance waveshaper adding distortion and waveshaping to the resonance loop, with wet/dry mix from 0 to 100 percent
Four independent CV inputs
The waveshapers let it add harmonics and reshape waveforms rather than only removing content.
