King Pomelo Silicon OmFuzz BC108 2026 - Aluminum

This Silicon Face-type circuit with double-wide bias control ("texture") has gotten raves from previous buyers. It cleans up glassy depending on where you set the texture knob, ranging from to wide open roar that cleans up at 8 on your guitar volume to pinched, gated reed-like synth tones. You can even find some generated transistor tones past noon on the dial, and if you crank "texture" it's gated "battery dying" fuzz that has its place.

Note for Nuance Nerds - I put a much more wide-ranging "texture" control in this one. You'll find "normal" up till about noon on the texture knob. Go beyond that and it gets weird, so here's to a little experimentation. If you're familiar with the ZVEX fuzz factory, this will do a little bit of that, where the pedal generates tones when you're not playing. I put a smaller knob on the texture knob so you can set it, forget it and not accidentally kick it during a gig - you'll find your sweet spot where the fuzz rips like you want it to, and the clean-up on your guitar's volume knob suits your taste . There are also two trim pots on the PCB but you'll want to make sure you know what "Bias" and "Clean" mean before you adjust them - I've "tuned" it for you.
