2005 Rickenbacker 650D, Maple neck-thru construction with Walnut wings. Very classy looking guitar with excellent tonal options. 2 volume and 2 tone knobs control the two mini-humbuckers, these are not your typical Rick pickups, they sound great at the edge of break up or with your favorite over-drive, cleans sounds fantastic as well. 3-way switch for neck, bridge and both pickups. Action is super low and easy to play up and down the 24 frets. The neck-thru gives amazing access in the upper registers. The 650's have a wider nut width than traditional Rick's which I love especially for complex chording or lead work. Everything works as it should, the case has wear but does what it's designed to do. Minimal fret ware on the B string, tons of life left on these jumbo frets. Minor chip on the headstock. Oh and how about that bridge, what a work of art, individually adjusted saddles with rollers finished in a beautiful chrome.
