This Eastman 10P-SB is in overall great condition. The L.R.Baggs pickup was removed but another can easily be installed. So, there are NO electronics. The pick-up hole is empty at the bottom of the body (see pic). It has some light scratches near pick guard and behind bridge which are noticeable in the photos and strap button has been relocated from back of neck to side of neck. This can also be seen in photos. Old hole was professionally plugged by luthier. The guitar comes with a hardshell case which is in excellent condition. This is a great sounding fingerstyle guitar and comfortable to play with the wider 1 7/8 nut width.
