Danelectro DC-59 MOD, Copper Finish, Excellent Condition
Up for sale is my Danelectro DC-59 MOD in the classic Copper finish. This guitar is in excellent condition and has only been used a couple of times in my studio. It has been well cared for and is ready to go.
The DC-59 MOD has that unmistakable Danelectro character: lightweight, resonant, and full of vintage-inspired twang and grit. I bought it looking for a kind of jangly, light breakup type of tone and it didn’t disappoint. The Copper finish looks fantastic in person and really suits the retro styling.
There’s nothing wrong with the guitar whatsoever. I’m simply thinning the herd and letting go of some gear that isn’t getting the playing time it deserves.
A great option for someone looking for a distinctive, vintage-flavored guitar that stands out from the usual Fender and Gibson offerings.
