Unfortunately (for me), due to a move I have to sell this amazing turntable. I purchased this new in the early 2000s (before 2003), when these first came to market. It has worked reliably ever since. Even the thread belt only broke when I moved the thing, it is totally bullet proof and should work for many more years. I have dusted it off and packed it up at this point, so it is ready for the new owner -- OK, you may need to dust a little more but it is very clean overall. The high mass design has great tonality and dynamics and IMO you can not get this level of performance in a new turntable close to this price.

The only thing to note is I removed the screws from the power supply unit cover to access speed adjustment pots, and I have misplaced them. You can adjust the speed by turning two mini pots (33 rpm and 45 rpm) on the circuit board with a tiny screwdriver. While the deck has solid speed stability, I found it necessary to adjust the speed occasionally to account for some drift caused by environmental conditions. You may not notice much but anyway. So, it's easier to leave those screws off, and now I can't find them. if I do turn them up I will include them, but also replacements could be sourced fairly easily I think. 4 short flat head Philips machine screws, probably M2 or M3.

Originally the turntable came with a Rega arm, but later I bought a new armboard/assembly for a the Jelco SA-750E 10" tonearm which is included with this sale. The Jelco arm is excellent and allows for removable headshells. Not pictured but I will find the original Jelco headshell and include it. So, you have the option to add the Rega armboard back on (removed for packing), and run a two tonearm set up with any Rega geometry type arm. Note, no Rega arm or any cartridge included with this sale. But, the Jelco works great with a wide range of carts. The Jelco arm base allows for adjusting VTA -- you can see a little wear/marking on the arm vertical tube from the set screw in one of the pictures, does not cause an issue. I guess I should also note that along with a cartridge, you will need to supply your own 5 pin DIN tonearm cable and standard 3 prong IEC power cable. You may want to use a different platter mat as well. For completeness I guess I should also note the black Bright Star Audio base is not included as well.

Also included are the original manual and accessories (tools, thread, felt mat that may or may not be the actual one that came with the turntable, etc). I do have the original box and packing as shown and they are solid, so I guess shipping is an option, but this is large and very heavy, and will require a separate box for the Jelco arm and the Rega armboard. One final note, I removed the damping oil from the tonearm as possible, so it doesn't leak during shipping. Jelco arms typically included a small syringe of damping oil, I no longer have any of that. You can run the arm undamped or experiment with different viscosity of silicone oil. There is debate about the correct weight to use so google it I guess :-)
