Harmonious Monk HARMONIC & AMPLITUDE TREMOLO

The Harmonious Monk mk.2 is an all-analog harmonic and amplitude tremolo created with That Pedal Show, offering vintage pulse, modern control and a remarkably wide range of movement. Its three LFO shapes, tap tempo and expressive ramping cover everything from subtle, flowing modulation to hard staccato chop.

Blend the dry and effected paths, set overall depth and level, then shape the wet signal further with internal three-band EQ and input-gain controls. Tap & Ramp mode moves between two user-defined speeds, while Legacy mode preserves the original pedal's speed-multiplication workflow. It is equally at home with guitar, keyboards and other instruments.

Harmonious Monk details

Two tremolo voices
Harmonic mode creates rich, phase-like movement. Amplitude mode provides traditional volume modulation.

Three LFO shapes
Choose square, sine or reverse-sawtooth modulation. In Amplitude mode with square wave selected, turn Depth fully clockwise to activate kill-dry CHOP for alternating sound and silence.

Tap & Ramp mode
Tap the right footswitch to set tempo. Hold it to ramp from the current rate to a second speed; while holding TAP, use Speed to define the destination and Depth to define the travel time.

Legacy mode
Switch modes by holding both footswitches until the LEDs blink. In Legacy mode, the right footswitch toggles speed multiplication; choose x2 or x1.5 by holding TAP until two or three confirmation blinks.

Controls and voicing

• Depth sets intensity, Speed sets rate, Level controls output and Mix blends dry and wet signals.
• Internal Treble, Midrange and Bass trimmers shape the effected signal. A fourth trimmer adjusts
  wet-path input gain.
  

Power-on state
The default startup state is off. To change it, disconnect power, hold the ON/OFF footswitch and reconnect power.
