This is an Olds #1* trombone mouthpiece. He's came stock with the old Superstar and I believe also with other professional model tenor trombones sold by Olds. I'm not sure what the asterisk after the number means, but I have seen it on several Olds mouthpieces from this era.
As you can see from the pictures, it is in good condition. The plating is in excellent shape and there are some nicks and scuffs on the rim, but overall the room is an excellent condition.
