MXR Distortion II Vintage 1983 Black Box Anniversary RARE CLEAN 1983 - Black
Extremely rare find from private collection. 1983 MXR Distortion II Anniversary Black Box version. Stored away for decades. Very nice cosmetic condition showing only minor wear to the finish and lettering. Inside is even better! No modifications. Newer 475mf 25v cap. Everything else original with no signs of damage, abuse or other monkey business. Even the internal foam rubber hasn't deteriorated! Power up and works. Wide range of tone, effect and levels of doom! Not everyone like these but Billy Corgan sure did! I haven't been able to find a black box version for sale anywhere. I know value is subjective so we'll see what happens. One thing for sure this will make a fantastic addition to any serious collection! Ships tomorrow for $14.95.
