B.C. Rich Ironbird MK2 Erik Rutan Signature - Rutan Red, Floyd Rose

Selling my B.C. Rich Ironbird MK2 in the Erik Rutan Signature spec (Legacy Series, Rutan Red), neck-thru construction with a Floyd Rose locking trem. It's been more of a wall-hanger than a gigging guitar for me - time to let it go to someone who'll actually play it.

Mahogany body with black binding, 3-piece maple neck with the "Shredzilla" ultra-slim satin-finish carve and no heel, 25.5" scale, Macassar ebony fretboard with the arrow-style Erik Rutan inlays and 24 extra-jumbo frets. USA-made Fishman Fluence Modern Humbuckers (Alnico neck / Ceramic bridge) with active EQ, a push-pull volume knob for coil-splitting, 3-way toggle, and a kill switch. Floyd Rose locking trem and nut, Grover locking tuners, black chrome hardware throughout.

Interesting detail - like a lot of the early production Rutan Ironbirds, mine came from B.C. Rich without the Erik Rutan signature actually printed on the back of the headstock.

Comes with the guitar and strap only - no case or gig bag. Electronics all check out and work as they should. Overall excellent condition, but I want to be upfront: there's a small light scratch on the body finish near the bridge (see the close-up photo), otherwise it's clean.
