This is a beatiful mint condition 2O23 SE 277 with upgraded PRS locking tuners ($100 upgrade). The workmanship is fantastic, it plays smooth and has excellent tuning stability with the locking tuners. Light weight at 7 lb 6 oz.
It is set up with 12 guage strings and very low action to feel close to a normal electric. Handles multiple tunings well. You may need to set up to fit your taste. It really roars with 14 Guage strings and raised action. Comes with PRS SE gig bag in great shape.
I'm selling bc I didn't play low tunnings much and it should go to someone who will really use and enjoy it. This is a great deal for a "like new" guitar with free shipping and a $100 locking tuner upgrade.
