1957 Martin D-28 — Excellent condition
All original, and it sounds like a good vintage Martin dread should. Deep low end, dry woody mids, and plenty of volume and projection.
Condition is very nice for a guitar approaching 70 years old. The Original finish shows light playing and pick marks near the pick guard. Action is excellent for playability with plenty of saddle to be lowered in the future. There's a single top 4 inch hairline below the bridge that has been properly cleated in years past. Original Bridge looks to have been reglued in the past. The only change from stock is a saddle move adjustment done to correct the intonation. Everything else is original to the guitar including bridge and plate. Strap button has been added.
Comes with a 1970s Martin hardshell case.
