Condition

I’m the second owner of this guitar and when I purchased it. It was virtually unplayed. I’ve only lightly played this guitar and never even put a strap onto it. It’s a great playing guitar, everything functions as it should. All case candy is complete. The case is in excellent condition as well and latches work perfectly. All original no modifications and no breaks cracks or repairs. There are a couple slight finish check lines at the side of the nut, one with lacquer sink at the top of the headstock wing and one on the side. There is lacquer sink at the neck joint on the sides into the body. Nothing out of the ordinary especially for a silver metallic nitro finish from Gibson with a little age. I had the stop bar top wrapped so there are slight marks that can be seen in the right light (I couldn’t get a picture to show this). I just put a new set of 10-46 strings and raised the stop bar up to clear the rear bridge and help with break angle. This guitar is in near mint condition with the exception of mentioned nitro lacquer characteristics and a small scratch at the upper edge down low on the V of the body that doesn’t stand out and can’t be seen on the top (it’s very small see pictures) otherwise no dings or significant impressions. I received the guitar with the mentioned scratch and believe it may have happened from it catching the case lid latch.
