Genuine Fender 2-button amplifier footswitch, part number 0071359000, supplied with attached cable.
Bought new from Andertons March 2025 and used only just to test it since (due to not practicing!), basically as new apart from one small mark on side.
Features two switches for:

In excellent used condition with one light cosmetic marks from normal use. Please see photos for overall condition.
Used with Champion 40 but listed as being compatible with various Fender models including:
