This is an absolutely gorgeous Vintage 1950’S Old Kraftsman Thin Twin Jimmy Reed hollow body with an incredibly rare finish, featuring an original lightening bolt pick guard.

Double-bound hollow body with single cutaway. Flame maple top and back with mahogany sides in natural finish. The top and back display some gorgeous flame figuring. Only 6lbs, 15.0oz. Original nickel trapeze tailpiece with height-adjustable rosewood bridge. Single-ply cream pickguard in great shape with no cracks.

A master luthier performed a professional neck re-set which had amazing results. This guitar plays incredibly well with so much unique character, chunky neck and tone to get lost in. There just aren’t many guitar that feel like this one. It’s truly something special.

It’s truly one of a kind and becoming exceedingly rare. Will continue to increase in value.

NOTE: I also have it cross posted locally on other platforms. Its availability can change. The listing will remain active accordingly.
