Up for sale is the Threshold by Michigan Synth Works, an exact hardware build of the classic Mutable Instruments Edges quad chiptune oscillator. Threshold features four digital voice channels capable of classic NES, Game Boy, and vintage computer audio synthesis:
- Channels 1, 2, & 3: Programmable square waves with pulse-width modulation (PWM), hard sync, and customizable step-sequenced waveform shapes.
- Channel 4: Multi-mode noise and pseudo-random sequence generator (NES/Game Boy style audio and 8-bit noise patterns).
Offers individual audio outputs per channel plus a built-in master mixer output, full 1V/Oct tracking, and individual CV inputs for pitch and duty cycle.
Condition: Fully functional and in very good condition. Kept in a smoke-free, climate-controlled studio environment.
