Alesis Strata Prime 2024 - Red and Black custom Strata wrap

Alesis Strata Prime 20-Inch Electronic Bass Drum. When I bought it, it was missing one of the rubber feet on the drum spur. Does not affect function in the slightest, but when I emailed them to ask for a replacement rubber foot, they sent me an entirely new drum. This is the original and has maybe an hour of total use. I had contemplated making it a double base kit, which the module will allow, but ultimately didn’t have the room for it. The drum features a double-ply mesh head. This tension-adjustable mesh is engineered to replicate the physical rebound and response of an acoustic mylar drum head while keeping acoustic noise to a minimum. Underneath the mesh head, it houses a patented multi-sensor trigger array with an anti-hotspot design. This eliminates uneven response zones across the playing surface. The drum utilizes a real wood shell finished with a custom Strata wrap. It is built with high-quality black nickel hardware and a steel hoop construction, allowing it to safely accommodate standard single and double acoustic bass drum pedals. I had also Put some protection on the bottom of the drum, like I do with my acoustic kit, where the pedal attaches. Two sites I was able to find that offer it new were selling it for between $450 and $550. Both sites were sold out. As you can see from the picture, it will be professionally packed in manufacturers shipping materials that I received the replacement in.
