In great cosmetic condition, and works perfectly. With box and papers! Made in Malaysia. What can I say, this is a classic utility Boss pedal.

From Boss:

The NS-2 Noise Suppressor elevates your stage and studio rig with a cleaner and more polished signal. This essential utility pedal solves the common noise problems encountered with electric guitars and basses while preserving your instrument’s dynamics and character. Sensitive analog circuitry silences noise in a smooth and organic way, eliminating the choppy artifacts produced by conventional noise gates. The innovative send/return loop provides isolated detection for high-gain pedals, ensuring optimum noise reduction throughout your signal chain.
