For sale is a excellent condition ZVEX ‘59 Sound overdrive pedal. The pedal is in excellent cosmetic condition, having only very slight surface scratches from light home use (pictured). The pedal is in perfect functioning condition, having been recently tested. Selling as I just don’t pull this pedal out and use it enough to justify the space it takes up in the collection.

This fun little OD pedal is designed to emulate the classic sound of a 1959 Fender Tweed Bassman amplifier. It captures the dynamic distortion and rich touch sensitivity of the vintage Bassman. It cleans up remarkably well when you roll back your guitar's volume knob too. The pedal also includes a built-in, high-headroom boost circuit (similar to the ZVEX Super Hard On) with its own footswitch. The boost follows the distortion engine to slam your amp harder for solos. And unlike the original larger footprint horizontal version, the vertical version is built in a space-saving, portrait-style metal chassis that fits much more easily onto standard pedalboards.
