A highly versatile, vintage, solid-state small-diaphragm FET condenser microphone manufactured in Japan during the 1970s. Originally targeted for professional broadcast and recording studios, it remains a sought-after, "fly-under-the-radar" workhorse. Rotary Capsule: Its most notable feature is the adjustable capsule, which can be angled up to 90 degrees vertically, allowing it to function as a front-address, side-address, or anywhere in between. Sound Profile: It features a rich, upper-mid-range presence and excellent low-end extension. It boasts a high maximum input sound pressure level (SPL) of 154 dB, making it brilliant for close-miking drums and loud instruments, as well as overheads and acoustic guitars. Built-in Controls: The body includes a switchable high-pass filter (M, M1, V1), a high-cut filter, and a -8 dB pad.
