Cundy-Bettoney Three Star Bb Metal Clarinet FULLY RESTORED, Ready to Play!
This is a silver-plated low pitch circa-1930s Cundy Bettoney Three Star Bb metal clarinet. Its pads and corks have been inspected; both mouthpiece and barrel tenon corks have been replaced and most of it has been re-padded. It has been play tested and works beautifully! I was able to play a chromatic scale from low E3 to high G6 above the register. Its serial number is AN 2934, placing it in the 1934-1938 range. Its silver plated body and keys show a heavy but harmless and authentic patina. It comes with its original mouthpiece, barrel, and case. No lyre unfortunately. 😔
