Functionally perfect and cosmetically excellent.
I bought this new back in 1997. It includes the original box, slipcover, and documentation.
At the moment I have an old RCA 5751 tube in it. (I can't seem to find the original 12AX7 that came with it.) In general, these work better with something less gainy than a 12AX7 because there is LOTS of gain on tap, but I can certainly swap the 5751 for a 12AX7 if you'd prefer.
