Stereo Ducking VCA on the Slim With Flip-Mountable Panel

The name says it all — Flame's Sidechainer is a stereo VCA module built for ducking effects. A trigger signal activates an envelope that attenuates the pass-through audio, producing that oh so common rhythmic pumping effect found in countless productions. Two knobs let you dial in the depth and recovery time of the duck. On dense pads, drones, or any sustained material, this goes from subtle breathing to full-on pümp. A CV output taps the envelope curve independently, so you can forward it to other modules for synchronized dynamics elsewhere in your patch.

The front panel is printed on both sides, allowing 180° mounting depending on whether you prefer jacks at the top or bottom. This is a focused little module for adding rhythmic movement to static sounds or carving space in a busy mix.
