Sony MU-L201 Stereo Limiter/Compressor & Gate - 1980s- Black/Green
Pretty rare mid/late 80s stereo Sony Limiter/Compressor for sale.
It’s in good condition; i.e. no scratchy pots and works fine but has some rust on the backside.
I cranked up the compression amount (internal trimmers for calibration) to make it a bit more extreme.
Interesting unit with a optical/photocoupled send/return/key for the envelope or the Gate (not sure). Also I am not sure how they designed the VCA, if it’s discrete or what…
Good mod contender.
100V version.
