Takamine GD93CE NAT Acoustic Electric Guitar

The GD93CE-NAT sits solidly in your lap with excellent balance, and the cutaway body gives genuine access to upper-register frets without sacrificing the resonant depth of a full dreadnought. This road-tested instrument carries honest wear that reflects years of reliable performance rather than any compromise in tone or playability. Built for gigging musicians and serious players who need electronics and ergonomics that work without fuss, this guitar delivers the clarity and sustain Takamine is known for.

Tone & Construction

A solid spruce top with quartersawn X-bracing pairs with a three-piece rosewood back featuring a quilt maple center, creating the resonant, articulate character that defines the G90 series. The mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard with 12" radius provide the stability and playability expected in professional-grade construction, while the 20-fret design and 25.4" scale deliver both range and familiar feel.

Electronics & Playability

The onboard Takamine TK-40D preamp includes a built-in tuner, three-band EQ, gain controls, mid contour switch, notch filter, and EQ bypass—all the shaping tools a performer needs to dial in tone through any PA or amplifier. The dreadnought cutaway body design combines working-musician ergonomics with versatile amplified performance.
