Included is everything you could possibly need to setup a complete studio. Patch bays are arguably one of the most important parts of any studio running hardware and are absolutely essential to establish an efficient workflow. E3 is one of the best formats because aside from the stable connectors, you have the ability to switch out individual channels rather than being confined to whatever each group of 8 connectors are configured to a DB25 cable. 

Included are housands of feet of high end cabling, custom ProAudio LA Mogami cables, Belden, Neutrick connectors etc. well over $10k in cabling alone

Pairs of TT to XLR and TS for quick patching external gear on the fly.
