The Aquarian Performance II 12-inch clear drumhead with a blue ring uses two 7mil plies of USA Nu-Brite film. The Vacuum Tuned process reduces trapped air and wrinkles, while edge sealing helps control harsh upper overtones and emphasize warm low-to-mid frequencies.
Designed to respond at loose tensions, it produces the low, fat tom voice associated with classic rock and contemporary tom-driven grooves. Midrange tuning provides a more open, musical studio-style response.
Built-in frequency control reduces the need for extra tape or muffling, and the non-slip resin and hoop system helps maintain tuning. A matching clear 14-inch snare model with a Power Dot is available separately.
