​Up for sale is an incredible Maybach Lester '59 single-cut, finished in a gorgeous nitrocellulose Aged Sunburst over a figured bookmatched maple cap.

​Handcrafted in the Czech Republic and set up in Germany, Maybach instruments have earned a serious reputation for matching the build quality, resonance, and tactile feel of Gibson Custom Shop Historic reissues at a fraction of the cost.

​Key Features & Specs:

​Pickups: Factory-fitted with hand-wound Amber 'Spirit of '59' PAF humbuckers. These are boutique German PAF clones known for their airy dynamics, warm bloom, and vintage bite.

​Finish & Aging: Lightweight mahogany body and carved maple top with factory aged nitrocellulose lacquer. The authentic lacquer checking, subtle edge wear, and aged nickel hardware give it genuine vintage '59 character right out of the case.

​Neck & Frets: Comfortable late-50s rounded profile (substantial without being an overly thick baseball bat). Frets are in excellent condition with virtually no wear, smooth fret ends, and a low, buzz-free action.

​Weight & Resonance: Maybach hand-selects exceptionally lightweight, resonant mahogany, keeping these far more shoulder-friendly than standard modern single-cuts.

Excellent, all-original condition with factory aging (fine lacquer checking, patina on hardware, minor finish wear intentional from the Maybach custom workshop). No breaks, no non-factory damage, and all electronics function silently and smoothly.
