2002 Burny Les Paul Custom – Rare Red Finish – Gibson 490R/498T Pickups – Original Case

Up for sale is a 2002 Burny Les Paul Custom in a beautiful deep red finish that I don’t come across very often. The color has a unique look in person and really stands out compared with the more common finishes you typically see on these guitars.

This Burny is equipped with Gibson 490R (neck) and 498T (bridge) humbuckers, giving it a classic Gibson-style Les Paul tone with plenty of power and versatility.

The electronics have also been upgraded with an Emerson Custom vintage-style wiring harness. The guitar was recently cleaned up, serviced, and professionally set up by a Gibson guitar technician, so it is playing and functioning very well.

Condition

For a guitar from 2002, this example is in excellent overall condition. It does have some cosmetic wear, including a few dents, scratches, and other signs of use from the past 25 years. None of this takes away from the overall appearance or functionality of the guitar. Please look closely at all of the photos for the exact cosmetic condition.
