This the best sounding Taylor I've ever heard, before and since I bought it. It is a $6000 guitar sound for at $3000 price. It rosewood with a spruce top and ebony fretboard. The tone is superior to other 814s I have tried and the electronics keep the tone more than the average Taylor when amplified, which is why I have held onto it for so long.
it's in excellent condition, except one small ding to the finish that is in the photo. I am only selling it because I am upgrading my live performance instrument, have 4 other guitars and am making room. This one deserves a good home.
Comes with the hard case.
