Beautiful 2007 Gibson Custom Shop Historic Collection 1958Les Paul Standard Reissue (R8) in Lemon Burst, featuring a particularly attractive figured/plain maple top.

This is an original-condition R8 with the original Gibson Custom Shop hardshell case, Certificate of Authenticity and case candy.

I am the second owner. The guitar came to me in essentially new condition despite being a 2007, and it has since been used in both my studio and for live performances. It has always been professionally maintained and cared for.

As expected from a guitar that has actually been played, there are a few small dings/marks, which I have specifically photographed and included in the listing. Otherwise, the guitar remains in excellent overall condition.

Everything is original, and it is currently professionally set up with a brand-new set of Elixir 10–46 strings.

These mid-2000s Gibson Custom Shop Historic Les Pauls have been consistently excellent instruments in my experience, and this has been a particularly good one. I'm simply reducing a fairly large collection.
