Epiphone SG Standard Pelham Blue
Serial Number: 25011522005
Weight:  7.4 lbs.

The Epiphone SG Standard in Pelham Blue is part of the Inspired by Gibson Collection, bringing one of rock's most recognizable body shapes back in a fresh, eye-catching finish. The double-cutaway mahogany body opens up unimpeded access to all 22 frets, and at 7.4 lbs. it's light enough for long sets while the mahogany construction keeps the SG's trademark sustain and growl fully intact. It's the same shape that's carried everything from blues to hard rock for decades, now in a color built to stand out.

The glued-in, one-piece mahogany neck carries a fast SlimTaper C profile and is capped with a bound laurel fretboard, pearloid trapezoid inlays, 22 medium jumbo frets, and a 12" radius that makes open chords easy and keeps string bends from fretting out. A 24.75" scale length and 1.69" Graph Tech nut sit ahead of the 60s Kalamazoo headstock, and Grover Rotomatic tuners paired with a LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge and Stop Bar tailpiece — both nickel — lock in tuning stability and intonation. A black 5-ply batwing pickguard rounds out the classic SG look.

Tone comes from a pair of Epiphone's acclaimed ProBucker humbuckers: a ProBucker 2 in the neck for warm, vocal lead tones and a hotter ProBucker 3 in the bridge for extra bite and punch, each with its own volume and tone control and a 3-way toggle for blending them to taste. It's a setup equally at home with blues players chasing vintage warmth, rock players after crunch and sustain, and anyone who just wants an SG that turns heads. This Epiphone SG Standard in Pelham Blue (Serial #25011522005) includes an Epiphone premium gig bag. Order today from Brian's Guitars, your authorized Epiphone dealer.
