This guitar is set up and plays fantastic.

It sounds big and warm, with tons of character This guitar has had some work done to it and is set to play reliably for a long time! Replacement Brazilian rosewood bridge with fixed bone saddle to replace the original rosewood adjustable one. This change has brought this guitar to life sonically.

The new bridge is larger than average due to a neck reset that was done many years ago. This neck reset over compensated the angle, so a taller bridge was required, but now with the taller bridge and full size saddle, this guitar has great action and lots of space on the saddle for future adjustments. Check photos for action visual

Bridgeplate has had a small rosewood plate added underneath to repair the worn out holes (to allow bridge pins to lock as good as new)

Spruce top with one crack that has been repaired in March 2026. One crack on the back that was repaired many, many years ago.

Strap button was removed to install a sound hole pickup, this pickup has been removed, the strap button hole is now open awaiting its next hookup!
