Esp made in Japan artist Owned series 400 Stratocaster (pre lawsuit era) which means it has the correct headstock shape, not the odd looking one they had to use after the fender law suit.
Amazing guitar, neck shape goes from a comfortable soft V to a C shape and is loaded with handwound custom shop 62/63 pickups that I upgraded, they sound unbelievable tbh.
The guitar I believe is a 1984 year , but it's hard to date , rare guitars these days !
