Soundcraft Mini Stagebox MSB-16R

The MSB-16R is a compact 2U stagebox designed for straightforward, reliable stage connectivity without unnecessary complexity. This self-contained unit sits comfortably stage-side and connects to Soundcraft consoles via a single Cat-5 MADI cable, making it an efficient choice for mid-scale live sound installations where modularity takes a back seat to simplicity and cost-effectiveness.

Connectivity & Architecture

The 16 x 8 matrix configuration delivers 16 analogue mic/line inputs and 8 analogue line outputs, all integrated with a single-cable Cat-5 MADI HD interface for seamless connection to compatible Soundcraft consoles. The integral power supply means the stagebox operates completely self-contained—no external PSU required.

Audio Performance

24-bit converters at 48 kHz sample rate ensure clean digital conversion across all channels, while the 1.5 ms low latency keeps timing tight for live mixing and monitoring applications. Operating range from -10°C to +50°C provides reliable performance across typical venue and outdoor conditions.
