Gibson 125T 3/4 1965 - sunburst
1965 Gibson ES-125T 3/4 with a Sunburst finish.
Gibson introduced the short-scale, thinline ES-125 as a premium alternative to the budget beginner models.
Like its full-scale sibling, the ES-125T features a laminated maple top and back, mahogany sides and neck, a Brazilian rosewood fingerboard, and a single dog-ear P90, with a 24¾" scale and 20 frets.
It is in truly excellent condition, with only a few minor signs of age. It is an absolute joy to play: incredibly lightweight, comfortable, easy to play, and truly inspiring.
It also sounds great acoustically.
Original plush-lined case in perfect condition (not the cheaper cardboard version).
Only 1,582 examples were produced between 1957 and 1970, and only 98 examples were produced in 1965.
