The Carvin Nomad 112 is an all-tube, 50-watt guitar combo amplifier prized for its classic American boutique aesthetics, exceptional clean headroom, and versatile dual-channel configuration. Manufactured in the USA, this gig-ready "tweed-style" workhorse utilizes an EL84 power section to generate rich, touch-sensitive harmonics.

Core Specifications The internal layout of the Nomad 112 balances vintage tube dynamics with flexible, modern routing options:

• Power & Tubes: 50 watts of output driven by four EL84 power tubes and a preamp section typically running five 12AX7 tubes.
• Speaker: Equipped with a single 12-inch speaker. Depending on the production year, stock units feature the Carvin VL12, the GT12, or an optional Celestion Vintage 30.
• Dual-Channel Layout:
  • Channel 1 (Clean): Shimmering, glassy clean tones with dedicated EQ and a unique rear-panel Acoustic Presence knob to optimize top-end clarity.
  • Channel 2 (Soak): Covers everything from subtle blues crunch to thick, saturated British-style overdrive via its adjustable "Soak" gain control.
• Cabinet Construction: Built using rugged 7-ply poplar wood wrapped in a distinct vintage diagonal tweed Tolex covering.
• Rear Panel Connectivity: Includes a master effects loop, selectable impedance matching (4, 8, or 16 ohms), dual speaker jacks, and a cabinet-voiced line out for direct recording or mixer feeds
