Pitch 'n Time Pro is the time-stretching and pitch-shifting standard in Pro Tools post production, and has been for years. It works with all versions of Pro Tools and integrates with the Pro Tools time trimmer tool, so stretching a region is part of normal editing rather than a separate export and reimport.

The range is wide. Time compression and expansion run from one eighth speed through to eight times speed independent of pitch, and pitch shifting goes up to 36 semitones independent of tempo. In Voice Mode the range is narrower, 50 to 200 percent and plus or minus 12 semitones, which is the setting built for dialogue and vocals.

The tempo and pitch sections each have three interchangeable panels, from simple fixed ratios through to complex tempo and pitch changes that vary across the region. You can warp the timing of a sample by placing markers and moving them, and preview every change in real time before committing it.

Tempo can be set by rate change, length change, target length or target BPM, and the length panel works in timecode or samples with a capture function. Pitch can be set by semitone shift or by frequency change. The two sides mix and match freely.
