Up for sale is a vintage Electro-Voice DO56 Omnidirectional Dynamic Microphone in very good cosmetic and fully functional condition.
Known for its internal butyl-rubber shock isolation system and non-metallic Acoustalloy® diaphragm, the DO56 delivers excellent resistance to handling noise, mechanical vibration, and environmental changes. It offers a tailored, natural vocal response with a smooth roll-off below 200 Hz and a subtle presence rise between 2 kHz and 12 kHz, making it fantastic for handheld interview work, stage vocals, broadcast, acoustic instruments, or as a character dynamic on drums and amps.
