The Eastman SB59 Vintage Satin Burgundy Red is a single-cut guitar that interprets the classic Les Paul formula in its own way: with a carved maple top, okoume body, and a set of pickups that immediately put you in the right vintage mood.
The SB59 is named after the legendary year 1959, the year the Les Paul Standard took on its most sought-after form, and Eastman uses that reference as a starting point for an instrument with character and feel. The okoume body combined with the carved maple top gives the guitar a warm, slightly lighter tone than a full mahogany instrument, with sufficient body and sustain.
The Truetone Satin Burgundy Red finish and ivoroid binding give the whole thing a stylish vintage look without excessive frills! Comes in a gig bag with a TFOA passport.
