Here is a great playing and sounding 79 Les Paul Special 55 Re Issue. I've owned this guitar a good while, and its a great one.
It comes in at 8.3 LBS and is all original except for the tail piece and studs. It has a light weight upgraded tailpiece and studs. The originals are in the case.
The frets are original and in good condition, thought they have some wear from playing. Nothing bad at all. The neck is standard sized nothing big or small, and the guitar is in great shape for its age with some small dings, marks and light rash on the back but expected in a 37 year old guitar that has been played, but well cared for. The pics show it all. It comes in an earlier vintage Gibson case too.
