Vintage Meyer New York USA 5M Medium Chamber baritone saxophone mouthpiece, with its vintage Meyer ligature and matching brass Meyer cap.
The mouthpiece is in exceptionally clean condition for its age. The hard rubber remains very dark with little to no visible discoloration or oxidation. There are no cracks, chips or other damage that I can see. The tip and rails also appear very clean.

The mouthpiece is also marked Medium Chamber and New York USA.
The facing appears original to me, but I have not had the facing curve professionally measured, so I am not representing it as definitively untouched or unaltered.
Included are the vintage Meyer two-screw ligature and brass Meyer cap shown in the photographs. Having the mouthpiece, Meyer ligature and cap together makes this a particularly nice vintage set.
