Fender Highway 1 Stratocaster Limited Edition -  Surf Green thin skin Nitrocellulose finish!

This is a Fender American Highway 1 Limited Edition Stratocaster, surf green thin skin nitro finish, rosewood fret board. Excellent Condition. Non-smoking climate-controlled home. I am the second owner, an older hobby player, and have had it since 2016. This Strat has very little play time. Originally in a satin Nitrocellulose finish the guitar has been polished to a gloss. When I received the guitar there were a few places that play time had buffed shiny so I finished the job with Virtuoso Cleaner and Virtuoso Polish and it worked brilliantly. As seen in the pics. I did not remove the pick-guard or tremolo cavity cover so up close a very faint halo of satin can be seen. Has a couple of small rice grain indents hard to photo not into finish, and a small hairline in neck pocket as shown, has never changed. Original owner also installed after-market strap buttons, I have included brand new original Fender Made in USA ones that I never used. I also include a hard case along with the original gig bag.  Happy to meet at a public place or police station to show the guitar to those with serious interest.

Only 150 of these were made so pretty rare. Nitro finish makes for a very resonant guitar. Good vibrations. This is also the quietest Stratocaster I have played, and the best sounding to my ears – the Custom Shop 69 pickups are the real deal. Remarkably quiet – quietest Strat I have played no hum from Princeton tube amp. Have not removed control cover but may be shielded by previous owner.  Low fast action. Current selling prices are impossible to find but have set somewhat above what regular Highway One Strats are selling for.
