CONDITION
Everything works perfectly except one button on the step grid: [column/row] doesn't light and doesn't register a press. That's the only fault. All other buttons and LEDs work, all 16 trigger outputs work, clock/reset in and out work, saves and loads fine, both encoders and all displays are fine. See the powered-on photos of the grid.
No liquid damage, no drops, never gigged. Light rack rash on the panel edge from mounting (see photos).
