2011 Duesenberg Starplayer TV Plus Vintage White w/ Case

Up for sale, a 2011 Duesenberg Starplayer TV Plus in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. Beloved by the likes of Joe Walsh and Glenn Frey (Eagles), Chris Cornell (Soundgarden), Dave Stewart (Eurythmics), and even Johnny Depp, Duesenberg guitars have a reputation that precedes them, and this semihollow Starplayer is no exception. From house-made hardware like the smooth Z-Tuners and Diamond Deluxe Tremola system to a tried-and-true custom pickup complement, this guitar is loaded with premium features.

Weighing 7lbs 14oz, tonewoods include a spruce top, flame maple back and sides, and a one-piece maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard. This guitar is equipped with Duesenberg's proven pickup combination of their classically wound GrandVintage humbucker in the bridge and the smooth and creamy Domino P-90 single coil at the neck. The middle position on the switch features unique wiring, which splits certain low end frequencies out of the humbucker signal, resulting in a distinct tone that has plenty of fullness and focused low end. The TV Plus also offers a Piezo pickup inside the bridge, which can be activated with a switch on the pickguard and blended into the signal with the Multi-Tone pot. The Piezo delivers added high-frequency response and shine that lends itself perfectly for more pronounced fingerpicking or anywhere where you need even more clarity. This Starplayer TV+ benefits from a professional setup here at Mike & Mike’s GuitarBar with fresh 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.

The gloss finish on the neck profile is smooth and clean.
