Offered for sale is an exceptionally rare Pearl 30th Anniversary Free Floating Brass Snare Drum, number 77 of only 100 produced for the U.S. market.

This limited-edition snare was released to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Pearl's legendary Free Floating Snare System and features a massive 3mm brass shell with Pearl's distinctive individually aged patina finish.

This example is in dead-mint condition. It has been played only a handful of times, has been carefully stored and has never been used as a regular gigging or studio drum.

Even more importantly for the collector, the complete original package is included.

The Free Floating design allows the shell to resonate without conventional lugs or hardware drilled into it, while the unusually heavy 3mm brass shell gives this drum tremendous body, projection, sensitivity and authority.
