Offered for sale is a 2023 Sadowsky MetroLine 24-Fret Modern Bass, expertly crafted in Germany and finished in the distinctive Blue Transparent Satin. This is a sophisticated, lightweight 4-string instrument that combines Sadowsky’s modern design with the feel, clarity, and versatility expected from a professional-grade bass.
The instrument features a swamp ash body, maple neck and fingerboard, 24-fret configuration, Sadowsky soapbar pickups, and Sadowsky 2-band active electronics. The Sadowsky bridge incorporates a quick-release stringing system, and the bass is appointed with chrome hardware for a clean, understated appearance.
At just 7 lbs. 6 oz., it offers exceptional comfort without compromising tone or projection. The Blue Transparent Satin finish highlights the natural character of the swamp ash while giving the instrument a refined, contemporary look.
I am the original owner, and the bass has been exceptionally well cared for. It has never been gigged, toured, or taken on the road, and has been kept strictly as a personal instrument. It is currently in excellent condition.
The original Certificate of Authenticity, signed by Roger Sadowsky, is included and confirms the instrument's specifications and serial number.
