Fender Stratocaster USA — 3-Tone Sunburst, Large 70s Headstock, Rosewood Board + Hardshell Case

Fender Stratocaster, made in the USA. 3-Tone Sunburst over a nicely figured body, large 1970s-style headstock, rosewood fretboard with vintage-style dot inlays, tortoiseshell pickguard, SSS pickup configuration and vintage-style synchronized tremolo.

Serial number V00185 — buyers are welcome to verify the exact year and series with Fender before purchasing; I am selling this from a family collection and prefer to state only what I can see rather than guess.

Comes with its original moulded hardshell case (shown in the photos), in good working order with functioning latches and handle.

Condition: very good. Plays and sounds as it should. Normal playing wear — light marks and buckle rash consistent with age and use, nothing structural. Neck is straight, frets have plenty of life left, electronics are quiet and all five switch positions work correctly.

LOCAL PICKUP ONLY. The guitar can be collected near Dompierre-sur-Besbre (Allier, France), or in the Lyon area by arrangement. I am not set up to ship an instrument of this size and value safely, so please do not ask for shipping.

Happy to answer questions, send more photos, or arrange a video call so you can see and hear it before making the trip.
